HP: Roger Daviesby ~HVP

This one is also about a year old (the sketch, the colors are NEW)... originally, it was a picture of roger and fleur, but since i got roger done already, i'll do fleur also on a separate one...
AND this continues my hp chars series ^^ the quality is always sooo bad after resizing the image

anybody knows how to make it better?

I just love this shade of blue

And my favourite colour is of course blue. I like the background. The patterns are great.
